Medical Qigong & Daoist Mysticism Workshops

Medical Qigong Workshops

Medical Qigong exercises are known to have healing effects on many common ailments of the body and mind.

These workshops will guide you along a transformational experience into the world of Qigong Healing that benefits mind, body and spirit.

Medical Qigong exercises will be taught that help the body correct the physical and energetic imbalances. This strengthens and regulates internal organs, nervous system and immune system, relieves pain, regulates hormones, and strengthens and releases deep-seated emotions and stress.

Workshop # 1

Introduction to Qigong for Self Healing

The course will introduce the student to the basic theories of energy tonification, purgation, and regulation of the body’s organs and energy channels, as well as strengthening the body’s protective energy fields.

Topics covered in this course include:

Regulating and Circulating – Jing, Qi, Shen, blood and body fluids

· structural Dao Yin Practice –

· Dynamic and quiescent movements

· Breathing Dao Yin Practice

· Natural breathing – breathing and drumming the Qi

· Circular breathing

· Reverse breathing

· Kwan Kung stroking the beard

· Opening and Closing the spine

· Strengthening the Vital Organs

· Yang organ exercise

· Five yin organ exercise

The weekend workshops are offered over two days

Introduction to Healing Sound Therapy and Emotional Detoxification

The course will introduce the student to energetic Detoxing and emotional balancing, and gain a deep understanding as to why emotional disharmonies affect the physical and energetic qualities of the mind body and spirit,
